Career XP
Career XP is your long-term pilot progression. It increases your rank and sublevel and helps represent your experience across different modules and activities.
How You Earn XP
Career XP can come from several sources:
- Daily login: consecutive daily login rewards start at 10 XP and rise to 20 XP as the streak continues.
- Flight time: valid recorded flight time currently awards 5 XP per 5 minutes.
- Weapon activity: missile launches, gun firing, weapon hits, and kills can add XP when they are part of meaningful recorded play.
- Landing performance: airbase landing scores can award more XP at higher score bands.
- Aerial refueling: completing refueling, improving refueling score, and receiving fuel can all contribute XP.
- Qualifications: earning a new qualification currently grants 50 XP; renewing one grants 15 XP.
- Medals: some medals grant bonus XP depending on their medal tier.
The game may limit repeated low-value actions so XP reflects real flying and training progress instead of simple farming.
Landing and Refueling Score Bands
Skill scores can contribute more XP when they reach stronger performance bands:

If you improve a best score from one band to a higher band, the higher-band reward can be applied.

Career XP moves you through ranks and sublevels. Each rank has 10 sublevels.

XP balancing can change as the game evolves. Your profile always shows the current rank and sublevel calculated from your saved Career XP.
When XP Appears
XP may appear immediately after an activity, after a flight record is synchronized, after opening the logbook, or after the next sign-in. If a popup is delayed, the progress can still be applied once the account records catch up.
