Game Systems
Red Flag Sim keeps your pilot progress as part of your player account. Your profile, Career XP, qualifications, and medals are meant to follow your account instead of living only on one device.
What Is Saved
- Profile: your pilot name, callsign, country, rank, sublevel, XP, and flight time.
- Career XP: long-term progress earned from flying, training, combat activity, landing performance, refueling, daily login, qualifications, and medals.
- Qualifications: time-limited or permanent certifications for specific skills, such as airfield landing or boom refueling.
- Medals: permanent achievements for milestones such as flight time, rank progress, combat results, landings, and refueling.
- Patches: in-game collectible patches saved to your account collection.
How Progress Is Kept
The game does not rely only on a local popup or a single session screen. When a score, flight record, qualification, or medal is awarded, it is checked against your account progress and saved as part of your player history.
This means:
- rewards are tied to your signed-in player account;
- progress can be refreshed when you open the game or logbook;
- temporary connection issues may delay a reward popup, but the system can catch up after the record is synchronized;
- some future medals or certifications may appear locked until their matching activity is available.
