Red Flag Sim Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Red Flag Sim (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") provided by BLUEDOT Inc. (株式会社ブルードット) (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

We value user privacy. The Application itself does not actively collect a user's real name, home address, phone number, precise geographic location, contact list, photos, microphone, or camera content. The Application primarily utilizes Unity Gaming Services to provide user authentication, player identification, cloud saving, in-app purchase processing, and related game services.

By using this Application, you consent to the data processing methods described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Process

1.1 User Authentication and Account Information

The Application uses Unity Gaming Services, including Unity Authentication and/or Unity Player Accounts, for player login, account identification, cross-device data synchronization, and access to game services.

Depending on the login method chosen by the user, Unity may process the following information:

  • A unique player ID generated by Unity;
  • Authentication tokens or login status information;
  • Account information related to Unity Player Accounts;
  • If the user chooses to log in via email, this may include the email address;
  • Necessary technical data related to account security, login status, and service access.

This information is primarily used to identify player accounts, restore player data, save game progress, and ensure the security of game services. Unity's privacy policy for game players and app users states that Unity processes information collected or received through third-party applications that use Unity technology.

1.2 Cloud Save and Game Data

The Application uses Unity Cloud Save to store player game data. Unity Cloud Save is used to persist data such as player progress to the cloud, enabling players to restore their data after switching devices or reinstalling the game.

The Application may save or process the following game data:

  • Player profiles;
  • Game progress;
  • Cloud saves;
  • In-game settings;
  • Unlocked content;
  • Ownership status of purchased content;
  • Flight training records;
  • Pilot certification status;
  • Certification validity, renewal status, and related scoring data;
  • Necessary data related to the operation of game services.

This data is used to provide a normal gaming experience, such as restoring saves, synchronizing progress, recording unlocked content, saving player settings, managing the certification system, and maintaining account data consistency.

1.3 In-App Purchase Information

The Application includes in-app purchase functionality.

When a user makes an in-app purchase, the payment process is typically handled by the respective platform or service provider, such as:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play;
  • Unity In-App Purchasing;
  • Other applicable platform payment services.

We do not directly collect or store a user's payment card number, bank account number, or full payment credentials.

To confirm purchases, issue in-game content, process refunds, handle purchase exceptions, or prevent fraud, the Application or related third-party services may process the following information:

  • Purchase item ID;
  • Transaction ID;
  • Receipt or purchase verification information;
  • Time of purchase;
  • Purchase status;
  • Refund or revocation status;
  • Account ID or player ID related to the issuance of purchased content.

Apple states that product pages on the App Store show users the types of data an app may collect and whether that data is linked to the user or used for tracking. Google Play also requires developers to declare the data collected and processed by the app and third-party SDKs.

1.4 Information Provided When Users Contact Us Proactively

If a user contacts us proactively via email or other means, we may receive the following information:

  • The user's email address;
  • The content provided by the user in the communication;
  • Information related to problem feedback, technical support, purchase issues, or data deletion requests.

This information is used solely to respond to user inquiries, process issues, provide technical support, confirm purchase status, or complete user requests.

2. Information We Do Not Actively Collect

Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, the Application does not actively collect the following information:

  • Precise geographic location;
  • Real name;
  • Home address;
  • Phone number;
  • Identification number;
  • User contacts;
  • User photos or album content;
  • User microphone or camera content;
  • User payment card number or bank account number;
  • Personal information for ad tracking.

The Application currently does not use advertising services and does not process user information for advertising delivery or ad tracking purposes.

If advertising, statistical analysis, social features, or other features that affect data processing methods are added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain user consent where necessary.
